This is an immediate need for a Family Nurse Practitioner. Join an established group of physician-owned, independent primary care practices. This is for Primary Care across the lifespan in their office in Southwestern Vermont. A weekday position working in a practice that uses state-of-the-art technology and has developed its practice into a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) primary care model. The new NP must be Family certified and NP experience is ideal but not required. They would like to hire and start the right provider quickly so a Vermont license is a plus. This full-time position offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package and has negotiable relocation/sign-on.
