· Worksite Clinic seeing Employee’s and their Families
· All ages 2 plus and older, mostly adults
· Employee Health/Family outpatient setting
· EMR: Athena

Dates: 4/19 7a-4p
REQUIRED:
· Active OH license
· Certifications- BLS or ACLS
· 2 years of NP/PA experience in primary care
COMPENSATION:
