Columbus, IN
Need: NP
When: ASAP-6/28/24
Clinic Hours: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri (no Thurs) each week: 8a-4:30p
Details: Need NP for mainly OccMed and must have OccMed experience. May have some primary care (acute and chronic care) as well as seeing kids over age of 2. Comfortable with well women exams, minor procedures. EMR is Epic. Avg patient load is 16-18 per day.
IN license and DEA is required
DESCRIPTION:
· On-site clinic seeing ages 2+
· Average 16-18 patient per shift
· Full Family / Primary Care (acute and chronic care)
REQUIRED:
· IN state license; active, unrestricted
· DEA
· BLS (AHA or hands on training cert req'd)
