Job Description

Nurse Practitioner needed in Washington for Family Practice coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and Washington state license. Monday through Friday 8-5 with potential to work 4 ten hour shifts if preferred. Very important to be an experienced travelling provider with recent work in WA to be credentialed with providers. Will see 16-17 patients per 8 hour day, depending on the day and patient population is all ages. Support staff includes RN's, MA's on-site behavioral health (counselors & case managers), medical records, EMR, IT, case management, insurance enrollment &/or referrals to specialty care.   • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
  • 16-17 patients per 8 hour day
  • Coverage for Perm replacement
