DESCRIPTION:
· OccMed coverage at an on-site clinic
REQUIRED:
· PA state license; active, unrestricted
· DEA Required
COMPENSATION:
· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
· Malpractice insurance provided
SCHEDULE:
· Swiftwater, PA for 12/17/23 - 2/11/24 8a-4:30p with 30 min unpaid lunch
Shifts: Mon-Fri or could also consider three 10 hr shifts (flexible)
