Open Needs:
Cambridge City, IN: Ages 2+, OccMed services including DOT are offered, but have solution if provider is not DOT certified. 1 MA and 1 Provider on site.
2/7-4/26 Wed and Fri each week: W 8a-6p, F 7a-4p (closed for lunch 12p-1p)
DESCRITPTION:
Onsite clinic for employees and their families
Setting- Outpatient clinics onsite
Ages 2 and up
2-3 patients per hour
REQUIREMENTS
Active IN license
Certifications- BLS or ACLS
2 years of primary care experience requested
