We are currently working with IntraCare. They are seeking Locum to Perm ONLY starting as soon as possible. IntraCare was founded in 2013 (Previously known as Premier Patient Healthcare) with the goal of transforming healthcare by positioning patients at the center of care. They launched a Medicare Shared Savings Program ACO that same year to focus on value-based care for seniors. In 2016, they brought their passion for outstanding primary care to Medicare Advantage members in Texas. Along the way, they remained dedicated to their mission of delivering the highest quality care with an emphasis on care coordination, patient engagement, and exceptional service.

NP/PA (FP or IM, Primary Care)
• Locum to Perm ONLY
• Willing to work as a locum for 4-6 weeks
• ASAP-Ongoing (takes 3-4 weeks to get credentialed)
• Mon-Thurs
• 8a-6p
• 4 10 hour shifts
• Patient Load: 18 per day
• Age Range: mostly adults and geriatrics
• Seniors is a big focus
• Medicare patients are a plenty
• Support Staff: Will be working along with 1-2 MDs and 2 MAs at each site
• EMR - Athena
