Job Summary:

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Primary Care will be responsible for coordinating and delivering primary care services to patients of specific area employers. This role involves providing clinical and administrative assistance to programs and working collaboratively to meet clinic objectives for patients and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver primary care services to patients of specific area employers.
• Provide clinical and administrative assistance to programs as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to meet clinic objectives for patients and clients.
• Adhere to guidelines and protocols set forth by the appropriate certifying agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters and treatment plans.
