Duties
· Primary Care, Occ Med, Urgent CareREQUIRED:
· Active UT License and Utah dispensing License· DEA
· BLS
· Experienced with Ages 2+
COMPENSATION:
· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)· Malpractice insurance provided
SCHEDULE:
· ASAP - 4/25 Thurs each week - this could be on-going for Thursdays and possibly more each week. 7am to 5:30 pm. May need coverage on the other four weekdays in the futurePlease call, text or email for more information!
