DESCRIPTION:
· 4/1/24 for 14 weeks
· Shift times: Tues-Fri 7a-6p and Saturday rotation every as needed 8am - 12pm
· On-site clinic seeing ages 2+
· Average 16-18 patient per shift
· Full Primary Care (acute and chronic care)
· Provider should be comfortable with well women, minor procedures.
REQUIRED:
· IN state license; active, unrestricted
· DEA
· BLS (AHA or hands on training cert req'd)
COMPENSATION:
· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
· Malpractice insurance provided
