SPECIALTY: NP/PA for Primary Care
LOCATION: Lafayette, IN
JOB TYPE: 10-99 Locums Contract
JOB NUMBER: 47167
DESCRIPTION:
· Outpatient primary care clinic
· 2 FTE needs - open to combination of providers for coverage, prefers FT
· Privs are 2-3 weeks, up to 1 month
· IN license or multistate RN required
- EMR-Smart Care
- Great rate of pay!
REQUIRED:
· Indiana- state license; active, unrestricted
· Board Certified/Board Eligible
· BLS
FQHC: Must be Medicaid/Medicare eligible or enrolled as its a rural underserved community
COMPENSATION:
· Competitive Market Rate=Lodging, Airfare and Rental Car/Mileage Provided!
· Malpractice insurance provided
SCHEDULE:
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
