Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessments: Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
  • Diagnosis and Treatment: Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions, prescribing medications and treatments as appropriate.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement patient care plans, including follow-up care and referrals to specialists, to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment.
  • Procedures and Interventions: Perform minor procedures and interventions, such as suturing wounds or administering injections, as needed.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
  • Documentation: Accurately and comprehensively document patient encounters, treatments, and outcomes to maintain thorough and organized medical records.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, demonstrating proficiency in patient care and clinical skills.
  • License and Certification: Hold a valid Oregon state license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
