Glendale, AZ 85308 Nurse Practitioner Needed
Ages 3+, Single provider with a MA clinic, No OccMed, DEA not req'd
4/8-5/31 Tues-Fri each week: Tu/W 9a-7p, Th 6a-4p, F 6a-4p
On-site clinics for employees and their family members
Most clinics are on-site at businesses, but some are stand alone clinics
Avg 2-3 patients per hour
Employee Health/Primary Care
2-5 years of APP experience in a clinical setting
Experience in Urgent Care is a plus
BLS and/or ACLS required
Phlebotomy certification is a plus
EMR: eCW (eClinicalWorks)
Requirements
- AZ License
- BLS
- 2 years of experience
- Comfortable with ages 3 and up
