Client seeking NP/PA for contract assignment in Greeley, CO from April 29 - August 2. Hours are Monday/Wednesday/Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm; Tuesday, 10:00am - 6:00pm; Thursday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, acute care, and some occupational health. Clinic is staffed by 1 provider and 2 MAs. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience to be considered for this assignment.
