DESCRIPTION:
Greeley, CO
* Employee on-site clinic seeing employees and family members
* Dates: 5/20/24 - 9/13/24
* Schedule: Mon-Fri: M/W/F 7a-4p, Tu 10a-6p, Th 8:30a-5p - Would also consider Monday AND Tuesday only each week
* NP or PA
* Ages 2+
* Avg 10 patients per day
* Primary care
* May have some OccHealth (ok if not certified or experienced)
* Dispensing on site
* Clinic staffing is 1 Provider, 1 MA.
* DEA preferred, but can be considered without.
REQUIRED:
· CO state license; active, unrestricted
· Board Certified
· BLS or ACLS
COMPENSATION:
