Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (Full-Time or Part-Time), Bakersfield, CA

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pediatric Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis in Bakersfield, CA. In this role, you will provide comprehensive pediatric healthcare services to patients, collaborating closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and examinations of pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient needs and established protocols.
• Perform procedures and interventions as required, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Provide patient and family education on health promotion, disease prevention, and management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records/documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to patient care coordination efforts.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing (Pediatric Nurse Practitioner) or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
• Current certification and licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in California.
• Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred.
• New Grads welcome.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate: $65-$80 per hour based on experience.

Clinic Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
