Job Description

Client seeking NP for family practice opportunity in Sandy, UT on June 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, 20, 26, 27, July 3, 10, 11. Hours are Wednesday, 9:00am - 3:30pm with a 30-minute break; Thursday, 11:00am - 5:30pm with a 30-minute break. Provider will see ages 2+ for primary care, acute care, and medication dispensing. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience and a UT state dispensing license.
