DESCRIPTION:
· 6/5-7/11, Wed 9a-3:30p and Thurs 11a-5:30p each week
· Outpatient setting for Employees and their families
· Experienced with OccMed and Urgent Care
· Ages 2 and up
REQUIRED:
· Active UT license and dispensing
· Certifications- DEA and BLS
· Must be LOCAL with 1 years or experience
· COVID Vaccinated
COMPENSATION:
· Competitive Market Rate

SCHEDULE:
