Patients age18 and up
Single Provider clinic
No more than 10 patients per day
Occ health services: Biometrics only
Union, SC -Monday's 8:00am-4:00pm
Simpsonville, SC -Tuesday's 8:00am-3:00pm
North Clinton, SC -Thursday's 8:00am-4:00pm
Clean SC license
3 years of more of NP/PA work experience.
Malpractice provided. Mileage reimbursed.
