Job Description
Client seeking Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts between June 3-August 9 at their Corporate Health clinic in Mokena, IL. Provider will see ages 6+ for primary care and acute care. Hours are Monday 10am-7:00pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 8:00am-5:00pm, Thursday 8:00am - 7:00pm, and Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. Current shift needs are June 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 24, 25, 26, 27, & 28; July 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17 18, 19, 22, 23 24, 25, 26, 29, 30, & 31; and August 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, & 9.
