M-F 9a to 4p (Could consider a 4 day workweek)
Harrisburg, PA
ASAP-8/3/24 Mon-Fri 8a-5p (could consider a 4 day workweek)
DESCRIPTION:
Scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients
Outpatient setting
3-4 patients per hour
The provider must have Urgent Care and Occ Med some experience or be comfortable with procedures such as I & D’s, biopsies, moleremoval, and suturing
Pediatrics to geriatrics.Procedures: Suturing
Credentialing: About 7 to 10 days for credentialing. Drug screen and Background required. TB test required.
Charting: Allscripts
REQUIREMENTS
Active PA License
Board Certified
DOT certification required
1 year of Urgent Care or OccMed experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
• Ability to work independently
• Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Experience working with pediatric patients in some locations
• Certain clients and health centers may require phlebotomy
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire• NPI & DEA
• Current National Board Certification
