Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care/Employee Health

Location - Middleton, WI 53562

Health Center hours of operation: Mon/Tues 6:30am-4:30pm, Wed/Thurs 11am-7pm, Fei 8am-12pm

Mon-Fri

Required

• WI license
• DEA
• BLS
• One to two years of experience
