Wed 9am to 4
Fri, and Sat 8am to 4:00 pm

Requirements:
Active New Jersey LicenseBLS
Description:
Patient’s ages 5 and upClinic is staffed with 2 MA’s and one provider
Has a dispensary
Average of 10-12 patients per day
