Provider needed for Employee Health NP Locum in Ohio (OH).

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Provider Primary Care NP Locum to work coverage in Ohio. Starting, July/as soon as credentialed, the role offers ongoing work with a competitive market rate and benefits.

The role of Provider Primary Care NP:

• Schedule: 7/1-8/28, Mon – Thurs (8a-430p).
• Census: All ages.
• EMR: Athena

The role of Provider Family Care NP:

• Ongoing to September 26th. Mon (6-4p); Tue/Wed (7-6p); Fridays (6-2p).
• Required: DOT Certification, Occupational Health Experience.

Requirements:

• Taking Active OH License, and DEA.
• 1-2 years of NP Primary Care experience.
• Board Certified –BLS, ACLS, CSR.
