Primary Care
Annual physicals
Women’s health
Immunizations and vaccine schedules
Phlebotomy experience preferred, but not required

8/11/25 - 10:00 a - 6:30 p w/1 hr lunch
8/12/25 - 7:30 a - 4:30 p w/1 hr lunch
8/15/25 - 8:30 a - 4:30 p w/1 hr lunch
Charting: Paper
Canton
9/8/25-9/25/25
Coverage needed Monday-Thursday.
8:30 AM - 4:30 PM w/ 30 min lunch
Charting: EPIC
Required:
MA license and DEA
AHA certified BLS
