Open Lumber Bridge Dates:

04/28/25 to 06/02/25

Mon-Fri; 8:00a-5:00p

Open Siler City Dates:

06/16/25 to 09/15/25

Mon, Weds-Fri; 8:00a-5:00p

Tues; 10a-7p

Requirements of the Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant role:

NC state license; active, unrestricted

Board Certified

1 Year of NP/PA Family Medicine experience
