Elite FNP Locums Opportunity | Vashon Island, WA | 3-Month Contract + Extension Potential

Provider Healthcare is actively seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for an exceptional locums assignment on Vashon Island, WA — a rare island gem just a short ferry ride from downtown Seattle.

This is an ideal role for providers who enjoy autonomous outpatient practice, scenic surroundings, and serving a tight-knit, appreciative community.

Assignment Overview
Location: Vashon Island, WA
Duration: 3 months with strong likelihood of extension
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Patient Volume:
– FNPs: Up to 18 patients/day
Setting: FQHC clinic Offering 100% outpatient ambulatory care
Population: Full-spectrum family medicine, walk-in care, and chronic disease management
Preferred Languages: Spanish or Russian language skills are a plus

Candidate Requirements
– Minimum 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner
– Active WA license or IMLC eligibility
– Proven ability to manage dynamic patient flow
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
