Sumo Medical Staffing is looking for several Nurse Practitioners who can provide Hospitalist coverage in the state of Washington. This shifts are days, swings and nights with 10 to 12 hours per shift. Two locations available., Mount Vernon and Arlington, WA.

Average Day Census: 15-17 / provider

Day Duties: Admissions, rounding and discharges of patients

Night Duties: Admissions and cross coverage

Average Day Admits: 6

Average Swing Admits: 8

Average Night Admits: 8.5

Details for Nurse Practitioners/Hospitalist - Arlington, WA

*Must have vent management & central lines experience (documented in case logs with dates) and competent to intubate. The hospital does not have anesthesia or surgery resources to place central lines especially at nights so our team working nights has to do these*

ICU beds: 6

Open ICU

IM or FP with Hospitalist experience

Vent Management required

*Central Lines & Intubation required for Nights (Strongly Preferred for all Providers as they are considering doctors available for both Days & Nights)

# Night Providers: 1

Average Day Census: 10-15 / provider

Day Duties: Admissions, rounding and discharges of patients.

Night Duties: Admissions and cross coverage

Average Day Admits: 2

Average Night Admits: 5

Requirements

License: Must have active/current BLS/ACLS

Board Cert: Must be board certified/board eligible

BLS, ACLS

DEA

Procedures based on location

Cred Timeframe: 90-120+ days

Other: Temp Privileges may be available for clinicians with clean files
