Job Description
Specialty accepted: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner
Start date or shifts: ASAP – ongoing; 3 days a week (Wednesday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm)
Schedule: Outpatient Primary Care
Types of cases: Family practice including children (5+) through elderly; no procedures; chronic care focus
Ages: 5 to 100
Additional information: 18 patients per day; medical director and RN support; LPN assigned per provider; EMR is ECW (training provided); FQHC; temp-to-perm option; mileage reimbursed, hotel on case-by-case basis
