Dates needed - 9/8 - 12/14/25 Mondays 7am to 7:30p, Wed and Thurs 7am to5:30 pm
Requirements - CT license, BLS, 2 to 3 years of experience in Family Medicine, Board Certified,
DOT Certification, Prefer Autonomous Practice
