Job Description
A great group in Northern Illinois has a Family/Psych NP opening for their outpatient facility.
- Located 45 minutes NE of Rockford, IL
- Must be Board-Certified PMHNP and FNP
- Seeking candidates with experience in Psych and Primary Care.
- Seeking Spanish-speaking candidates due to the population served.
- Part-time and full-time options available
- Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Will see all ages
- On-call - Limited, emergencies
- No inpatient duties
- Duties include evaluations, diagnoses, medication management, follow-ups, etc.
- Salary range of 125-145K depending on experience.
