· 1-hr lunch on full-day shifts.

· Critical dates: ongoing

Facility Information (both locations):

· On-site clinics (employees + families)

· Average Patients per hour: 2-3

· Ages 2 and up – Primary Care.

· Primary Care with some OccMed/Urgent Care

· 3-5 years of NP/PA experience

· Must have completed FM/IM residency, FM preferred.

· EMR: eClinicalWorks

Requirements of the NP/PA Family Medicine role:

• Active OR License and DEA, unrestricted.
• Board Certified – Family NP/PA
• Agrees with Travel/Housing parameters.
