Start Date: as soon as credentialed – 9/29/25
Contract Length: 6 months
Shift Details: 8 hour shifts
Schedule: Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm (lunch required)
Work Details:
- Support staff: will work alongside another NP – they have a doc starting in Jan
- Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-time
- Patients per day: 7-10
- Patient population/age: 8 years and up
- Department description: primary care setting
- EMR: E Clinical Works
Practice Setting:
- Clinic/Private Practice
Requirements:
- Board Certification: required
- State license required: required
- DEA: required
- CSR: required
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
- Minimum experience required:
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
