2 FNP/Occupational Medicine Locums for a 'Great NY Cause' in Syracuse.

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced FNP/Occupational Medicine Locum to work in Mobile Pop-up Clinic in Syracuse, New York. Great Cause: help to screen home caregivers. Starting, the week ending of September 26, 2025. Which date is best for you to start?

The Provider role of NP:

• Schedule: Full-time. [will consider partial availability]. Monday–Friday, 9am–530pm. 8a on the 1st day.
• Locations: Syracuse (Locals Encouraged) - pending address.
• Looking for 2 NPs - Syracuse.
• Clinic duration: 5-6 weeks per site.
• Responsibilities: History, physical, vitals, vaccinations (*no blood draws)
• EMR: Paper-based or site-specific; Cerner.
• Rate: $70-75/hour (all-inclusive)
• ** More locations to come open **

Requirements of FNP/Occupational Medicine Locum [all locations]:

• Active, unrestricted state license
• Board Certified NP
• No DOT certification or COVID vaccination required (**mask required if unvaccinated)
• Autonomous.
• Credentialing: ~5-7 business days
