Job Title: Nurse Practitioner

Location: Bruceton Mills, WV

Employment Type: Contract, Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 or 10-hour shifts

Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services, including wellness visits and sick visits, to a caseload of 8-10 patients per day.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain patient records using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate.
- Conduct routine physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Stay updated with current medical practices and protocols to provide high-quality care.

Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in any U.S. state.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Proven experience in primary care settings.
- Proficient in EMR charting and HIPAA compliance.
- Ability to pass a background and credit check.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and wellness promotion.
