NEW Nurse Practitioner Opening
Location: Central California (Foothills, near Yosemite)
Salary Range: $136k – $163k (DOE)
About the Role
A rural health clinic in Central California is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its dedicated primary care team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages while enjoying the work–life balance of a full-time, outpatient setting.
Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, history, and physical exams

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions

Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans per California scope of practice

Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures

Provide health education, preventive care, and wellness counseling
-
Coordinate patient follow-up, referrals, and continuity of care

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure excellent care delivery
Qualifications
-
Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program
-
Active, unrestricted California NP license and DEA registration
-
Strong clinical and communication skills
-
2+ years of experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply)

Sensitivity to cultural, social, and community health needs
Compensation & Benefits
