We are seeking an experienced full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our outpatient primary care team in Catskill, NY. This hospital-employed role is part of a well-established practice with two physicians and one NP, offering a supportive administrative team and the flexibility to shape the practice to your style.

- Outpatient-only primary care role with negotiable hours
- Work alongside experienced providers in a collaborative patient-focused environment
- Call Schedule: 1 in 6 weekends (phone call only), no hospital rounding
