Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions

• Provide preventive care and health education

Qualifications:

• Active FNP or PA license in state of practice

• FNP (ANCC/AANP) or PA (ARC-PA) certification

• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills

• Experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care preferred (new grads may be considered for some locations)
