Position Overview:
We are actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in Elizabeth City, NC. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive healthcare services to individuals and families, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of acute and chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough health assessments, including physical exams and patient histories.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Prescribe medications and initiate appropriate interventions.
- Educate and counsel patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development.

Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in the state of North Carolina.
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
