Shift Details

• Full-time, permanent

• Standard office hours (exact schedule discussed during interview)

• Rotating on-call coverage consistent with community standards

• Multi-site travel required (vehicle provided/insured)

Your Role

• Provide primary medical care and urgent treatment to patients

• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions

• Perform minor procedures and diagnostic tests, interpret results

• Prescribe medications and coordinate care with the Health Center team

• Supervise and mentor mid-level practitioners, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

• Participate in patient care across multiple clinic locations, including house calls and nursing home visits as needed

• Engage with community outreach initiatives and represent the Health Center at events

• Participate in ongoing professional education and training
