Your Role

• Provide patient care within established protocols, policies, and scope of practice

• Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic conditions

• Perform wellness and preventive care, counseling, and patient education

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources

• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with regulatory requirements

• Support pre-visit planning and participate in daily team huddles

• Participate in clinical committees and quality improvement initiatives

• Travel between clinic locations as needed to meet patient care demands
