Shift Details

• Full-time, Monday to Friday schedule

• Weekends as needed

• In-person care at regional clinics

• Participate in Clinical Care Team huddles and care coordination

Your Role

• Provide primary care and emergency treatment within scope of practice

• Conduct patient assessments, diagnose, and manage common conditions

• Counsel patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention

• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with other healthcare providers

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations

• Support pre-visit planning and participate in team-based care protocols
