Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team in Newburgh, NY. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients of all ages, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic illnesses. The Nurse Practitioner will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Compensation:
- $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Schedule:
- Clinic hours: 8:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Work schedule:
- One weekend day per month, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a weekday off
- Maximum of 40 hours per week

Job Duties:
- Conduct primary care services including well visits and sick visits
- Administer immunizations and manage chronic conditions
- Oversee medication management
- Perform physical examinations
- Provide preventive care and health education

Qualifications:
- Open to new graduates with training provided
- 3 years of experience preferred
- Must possess a valid New York State Nurse Practitioner license
