Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to provide locum coverage in a rural health clinic setting in South Bend, WA.
This is an excellent opportunity for an APP looking for consistent weekday coverage starting March 2, 2026.

Specialty: Family Practice
Setting: Rural Health Clinic affiliated with a Critical Access Hospital
Schedule:
Full-time, 4x10-hour shifts (Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
No call required
Contract Length: ongoing
Start Date: March 2, 2026 (credentialing required)
Patient Volume: ~16 patients per day
Patient Population: Primarily adults (12–80), occasional pediatrics (age 1+)
Charting Software: Epic
Support Staff: Medical Assistant assigned to provider, RN Care Coordinator, MDs and other NPs for collaboration
Procedures: Basic primary care procedures (simple sutures, splinting, point-of-care testing for COVID, flu, strep, glucose, pregnancy)
✅ Requirements:
Active Washington NP license (unrestricted RN & ARNP)
Board Certification: AANP or ANCC in Family Practice
DEA license (unrestricted)
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS (required)
Minimum 1 year of primary care experience
Epic EMR experience preferred
📋 Credentialing:
Estimated timeframe: 30–40 days
Completion of facility-specific forms and verifications required
