What We’re Looking For:

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Practice Physician (MD/DO)

Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)

Strong clinical skills with adaptability in diverse settings

Experience or willingness to work in an FQHC setting

Full-time preferred; part-time opportunities may be available
Job Details:
- 6 month minimum with option to extend
- 20-22 patients per day
- All ages
- 5 days per week
- EPIC EMR - Experience Required
- Must be willing to travel between San /Jose and Fremont for their mobile clinic
