Women's Health Nurse Practitioner Permanent Opportunity in Wilmington, California (CA)

Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) – Primary Care, Outpatient for a full-time permanent position in Wilmington, California.

We are seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary primary care team within a high-volume outpatient setting. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with no nights, no weekends, and no call responsibilities.

Assignment Details:

Location: Wilmington, CA

Setting: Outpatient / Primary Care

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary Range: $80–$85 per hour

Team Environment:

Multidisciplinary team including Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Dentistry, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Behavioral Health Providers.

Position Summary:

This role provides comprehensive women’s health and primary care within an outpatient clinic setting. Providers typically see 20–24 patients per day. The organization offers extensive support services, structured workflows, and a mission-centered culture serving low-income and uninsured residents.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred

1+ year of experience as a certified Nurse Practitioner (rotations do not qualify)

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)
