Nurse Practitioner

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing comprehensive patient care and a strong background in both Primary Care and Functional/Integrative Medicine. You will be responsible for performing lab testing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans that address the root causes of health issues.

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care for all ages, focusing on integrative and functional medicine approaches
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform lab testing related to gut health, hormones, and other integrative medicine areas
- Consult with patients to understand their concerns and health goals
- Conduct follow-ups to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices

Qualifications:
- Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Virginia
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Strong understanding of Primary Care and Functional/Integrative Medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
