Home Health NP/PA Needed in West Virginia
Target Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Short-term or long-term options available (Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Travel, Temporary, Seasonal)
Schedule: Flexible, Monday–Sunday, 7a–7p
Call Details: No call (no nights or weekends required)
Practice Details
Conduct pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members
Visits include:
Comprehensive medication review
Medical history review
Physical evaluation
No prescribing, no ordering labs, no imaging, and no changes to treatment plans
Average visits per day: 6–9
Evaluations are supported by pre-populated, patient-specific forms
EMR: TBD
Requirements
Board Certification: Required
License: Active Tennessee license required (not willing to license)
Education: Master’s degree required
Credentialing Timeframe: 7 days to 2–3 weeks
