We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Willow Creek, California who wants strong earning potential, loan repayment eligibility, and the opportunity to serve a rural community surrounded by natural beauty.

You’ll step into an outpatient-only, panel-based primary care role managing patients with complex medical needs. You’ll collaborate closely with an integrated care team that includes dedicated medical assistants, RN support, behavioral health, telepsychiatry, chiropractic services, and specialty consult resources.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary ranging from $148,627.20 to $168,553.60 annually
• $12,400 annual access bonus for meeting patient panel targets

• Alternative sign-on and retention structure for non-partnership track providers
