Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Family Nurse Practitioner needed in Toledo, OH.
Titan Placement Group invites you to a city that is famous for its history as the ""Glass City"" due to its prominence in the glass manufacturing industry. It is also known for the Jeep brand, which has a major presence in the city, as well as the Toledo Museum of Art, which has a renowned glass collection.
Salary and Benefits
- The pay for this position is $112,000 - $141,000 based on years of experience
Responsibilities
- Monday – Friday (8:30am – 4:30pm)
- Providing primary care to patients of all ages
- Collaborate with physician to address treatment concerns.
- Perform patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
- Prescribe/manage medications within APN scope; monitor response and safety.
- Respond effectively to clinical emergencies.
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation for all patient care.
- Collaborate with medical staff and participate in team meetings.
- Educate patients and families on conditions and treatment plans.
- Stay current on clinical best practices and complete required CEUs.
Requirements
Clear and active FNP license in the state of OhioMust be comfortable seeing patients of all ages3 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner highly preferredAbout Us
